Service and Maintenance
"In Production" Equipment Inspections
It is not possible to fully inspect your equipment in production however, with us working together with your process and maintenance personnel, any potential problems can be identified during production, allowing spare parts to be ordered and downtime minimised and planned.
Planned Shutdowns
The Alconbury Weston team has vast experience of planned maintenance. We can fully inspect your equipment, pre-plan work optimising your available time. Repair or replace minor and major components, minimising the potential for any future unplanned downtime.

Maintenance continuity is an important aspect to our customers therefore, we can provide service contract agreements with up to, but not limiting to, a 5 year period.
These agreements offer to our customers:
- Type of service required (Inspection and/or service)
- Standard Service time-scales for specific equipment type
- Fixed costs
- Agreed scheduled visits per year
Inspection or Service? You choose:
- In production, inspections to identify periodic maintenance tasks and also to identify any problems that can be addressed at the planned interval. View stores stock for possible spare parts shortages and agree with our customer a date for service.
- Planned Service at a time suitable to our customer for Alconbury Weston to carry out and complete all agreed maintenance and service tasks so that your equipment is ready for production.
